I. Production Management
Strictly implement the goal of "Zero Additional Inventory."
Workshop supervisors must monitor production operations according to daily standards and report daily completed production data on time to ensure data is true, transparent, and timely, achieving full-process production control.
II. Order Management
Strictly follow the principle of "Use Existing Inventory First, Then Arrange Production."
Before issuing a new order, inventory must be checked first.
Production can only be started when there is no available stock or insufficient stock, thereby preventing unnecessary inventory buildup at the source.
III. Outstanding Employees
Employees must promptly respond to work arrangements made by team leaders.
They should actively learn the entire production line process, including:
- Cutting
- Packaging
- Wrapping
- Other full-process skills
to become multi-skilled employees capable of handling multiple tasks.
IV. Year-End Incentives
Year-end bonuses are based on the company achieving its annual profit targets.

V. Logistics Optimization
